Payment processing: Stripe’s standard 2.9% + 30¢ on card payments, $0.30 on ACH via Plaid — pass-through processor costs.

Corbica platform fee on ACH rent: 2.9% capped at $10 per payment on Free. On Starter, Professional and Business it is Stripe's own cost with no markup — 0.8% capped at $5, plus 0.25% per payment, so $7.50 on $1,000 rent — and Business includes 30 ACH payments a month with no fee, up to $150 of Stripe cost. It is deducted from the rent payout, or you can charge it to the tenant as a separate line at checkout. Card payments instead carry the tenant-paid convenience fee below.

High-volume AI: document classification & AI-assist run on metered usage; typical DIY landlord is $0-2/mo extra, large portfolios may see $5-15/mo.
